Description: For the attention of all female researchers at UEA:
- Do you want to enhance and improve your communication skills?
- Do you want to feel more in control of yourself and your life?
- Do you want to gain confidence in presenting and decision making?
If you've answered YES to any of the above questions then you might be interested
in attending the CSED 'Personal and Professional Development Programme for Women Researchers' .
By working together over 3 linked sessions (see below for details), a supportive learning environment is created where participants can work on
their real issues and develop practical and effective strategies together to address
these. The programme is facilitated by Stephanie Spink MA FCIPD, who has worked
as a trainer, facilitator and coach for over 25 years. A key part of her work
is helping people develop the confidence and skills to find their true potential
and the communication skills to achieve it. All participants on the 08/09 course
rated the course content as 'Excellent' and Steph's delivery as 'Inspirational'.
